Quadrant Tech is based from our London & East Anglia offices, with head office based in Huntingdon. Our ethos is built on having great people who are passionate about our brand, and are equally passionate about retain great customer relationships.
All of our client relationships are formed through trust, respect, quality and informed choice, based on over two decades of telecoms and connectivity experience.
We cover the whole of the UK, specifically focusing on places around East Anglia, Cambridgeshire, Central London and the Midlands.

Directors Dan Russell and John Pett, who have over 38 years of experience in the telecoms industry, guide our company. With a team showcasing over 40 years in the telecommunications industry the team has knowledge covering a wide array of services and management skill. This ensure every client receives the very best level of care with working with team. With locations in Huntingdon and London we are ideally place to service clients UK wide.
The experience gained in providing the right solutions for clients has become a fundamental element of the Quadrant Tech brand. Focusing on delivering the very best products with a completely impartial approach is what drives Dan in delivering the very best the industry has to offer. Working with sales teams at corporate level through to 100+ divisional employees at Caudwell Dan has gain vast knowledge in both direct Sales and indirect sales channels.
A family man that loves to travel and spending family time exploring the Caribbean. Dan believes offering a flexible working environment to employees delivers great customer service and allows for the perfect balance of work life balance.
In the last ten years, he has led sales functions at Chess Partner as the operating Managing Director, offering award-winning service, commissions and mobile products to the likes of O2, EE and Vodafone.
Throughout his career, he has showcased exceptional skills within client account management, supplier relationships and large-scale team leadership. Within this, he has embedded commercial vision and goals from the ground up, leading business development strategy across hundreds of employees. As a member of the Board for many years, he has worked with some of the industry’s leading minds in the formation of successful growth strategy, succeeding in a 300% EBITDA market growth with Chess Partner in just three years.
After many years with the firm, I decided to leave in July 2018 in order to set up my own management consultancy to help organisations in solving issues, create value, maximise sales growth and improve business performance.
In July 2019 he agreed to join Quadrant Tech as a joint owner to continue to build a Telecoms business as well as to grow the management consultancy business with new and existing customers.
